The aim of syndromic surveillance is to collect and analyse big data in order to detect,

Today there is a network of local, regional, national and international government
entities that maintain and coordinate syndromic surveillance
in order to protect the health and well-being of citizens.
Even if global Pandemic Management is coordinated by national and international organisations,
it is important to give to every major city or regional government a tool to manage syndromic surveillance at a local level.
The Syndromic Surveillance platform includes advanced 3D maps, interactive dashboards
and social stream data to analyse citizens’ sentiment.
