Gender Equality Plan

Women's potential and representation in decision-making and professional terms continue to be strongly penalized by a cultural legacy rich in prejudices and stereotypes that still generate strong social inequalities in the lives of women and children.
Ventiseidieci has embraced the idea of investing on the goals of gender equality
and women's empowerment included in the sustainable development of the United Nations 2030 Agenda,
investing both in activities that intervene in the internal mechanisms of the company,
and with actions that can contribute to social progress.
After months of analysis, study and comparison, Ventiseidieci has arrived at the drafting of a Gender Equality Plan. This is a roadmap of tools, interventions and principles to be followed in order to guarantee women in the company equal access to professional and decision-making resources. The goal is to allow women's potential and professionalism to be expressed in a fair and respectful manner, encouraging the reconciliation of private and working life.
We believe that respect for women's rights and diversity can be a tool to ensure respect for all diversity.
